Improve the Customer Experience
Understanding what tenants want and need is central to keeping them happy and comfortable. It’s central to increasing lease renewal rates, lowering vacancy, eviction and turnover, along with decreasing maintenance tickets and administration costs. Happy customers put less load on our owners
Improving Tenant Communication
COVID-19 is a once-in-a-lifetime event. But it taught us the importance of having a solid communication plan in place during other disruptions that might occur (storms, fires, security breaches, etc.). A recent survey showed us that tenants who rated their building communications as “excellent” during COVID-19 were 46 percent more likely to renew their leases, illustrating the value they place on prompt communications.
Completing Semi-Annual Inspections
As a property manager we conduct thorough and regular inspections on the properties we handle.
Reasons to conduct regular inspections of rental properties are:
-Preserving and increasing the value of the property
-Identifying areas that need repairs and maintenance
-Confirming that no illegal activity is taking place on the premises
-Increasing tenant retention
